Butter Oil

“Rincón de Avila Butter Oil is exclusively produced from fresh high-quality milk cream from selected dairy farms.”

Fresh cream used is processed within 24 hours from production date through our Westfalia cutting-edge plant. The process consists of a centrate separation of milk fat in different stages and in turn a phase inversion which in-process product is pasteurized again, then proceeding to a complete water separation through vacuum drying to obtain the end-product.

The product is homogeneous, presenting a crystal-clear yellow colour, with a distinguishing milk flavour and excellent aroma.

Rincón de Avila butter oil is packaged in 190 kg drums or 16 kg bag-in boxes (aluminium bags in cardboard boxes) under an inert atmosphere. Due to packaging and product characteristics, no refrigeration is needed for their preservation, offering usage flexibility, lower storage cost and a 12-month shelf-life guarantee.
